With over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy, Julia has worked across industries, leading teams and guiding businesses through growth and transformation. After a successful career in the fashion industry, she transitioned into brand marketing, serving as Client Services Director and later Managing Director of a global branding agency. There, she led major FMCG and CPG clients, helping reposition some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Now, as a consultant, Julia focuses on helping organizations refine their brand strategy, optimize team structures, and implement strategic processes for long-term success.
